Book Discussion: Mindful Compassion
Join local yoga teacher, Renée Baker, as we discuss the book,
"Mindful Compassion: How the Science of Compassion Can Help You Understand Your Emotions, Live in the Present, and Connect Deeply with Others", by Gilbert and Choden.
After discussion, we will engage in two exercises in mindfulness and Renée will lead a guided meditation practice. It will be to the benefit of our discussion if you have read the book prior to the meeting.
